To make a smartwatch from recycled materials and runs on solar power so the watch is sustainable and environmentally friendly. Also, we will create this product in the Netherlands, including all the materials, to prevent slavery and childlabor. This watch is for people who want to express themselves that they only use products from a sustainable source, even when it comes to technology. Most of the technology is created in different countries with bad working environments. We want to change that. What assumptions about the customer (profile) did you make in order to create the product idea? That is has to be sustainable, environmental-friendly and recyclable. What strategy did you follow in creating a research strategy for the ‘Customer Segment’ block? We chose a strategy that lets us know more about the customer and their customer segment. We have quite a few interviewing and observation strategies to know more about the customer.

What is your company’s name and marketing tagline? The company’s name is WEMM. Our marketing tagline is “Believe in yourself”. What is your product idea in detail? It’s a bracelet for you and your significant other and it will light up when you think about each other. What assumptions about the customer (profile) did you make in order to create the product idea? Brings out his feelings and it is personal. We have followed the lean startup approach because we believe we have selected the best persona’s needs.

The company name is “Croft Corporation” and our tagline is “ Croft Corporation will give you a new vision” Our product is a special pair of glasses for adventurers. They are able to connect with your phone and help you to do your best. These glasses allow you to see further, it can measure your heartbeat which is very important for adventurers, especially if you are a runner or maybe a climber or for people who do high intensity sports. You can see the expected weather, get your notifications, keep following your compass and you can see which places are safe with a colour effect (Green for safe places and red for the dangerous ones). It can prevent you from all the dangers that are not easy to see and it is an addition to your daily adventures. We think Jane is an adventurous traveler who enjoys cycling and mountain climbing. Jane is looking for a pair of glasses that stay in place and that have a technological added value during the activities. She wants a real solution to the problem, functionality is the most important with comfort and a contribution to something new. The strategy to find out the customer’s wishes is that it is important to look at the customer himself. We do this through customer reviews and customer interviews. additionally, it is important to also follow the advice of an expert by means of an expert interview and literature study. Furthermore it is important to use trends to be new with technological developments

It is a ring which will track vitals and works almost like a smartwatch. The ring is connected to an app on your phone. You can track all your vitals. Elen wants a practical solution for her day to day sporting experience and to track her sporty lifestyle. What strategy did you follow in creating a research strategy for the ‘Customer Segment’ block? The most important information for our product are the day to day wants and needs of the target group.

Company’s name and marketing tagline – Travelsix, ”get everything fixed with Travelsix” Product idea in detail – Travelsix is a company which brings people together through traveling. The idea is that people can plan a trip with a group of 6 ‘strangers’ by using the app. They can choose their preferences (age, gender, hobbies, destination etc.) which will lead to the perfect travel group. Customer profile -The most important aspects were to humanize the product and bring some feelings into the concept. With this product idea, we are bringing people from all over the world together so they are involved in each other cultures. Traveling releases emotions and feelings which can be shared with each other. Strategy customer segment -Our strategy for creating a research strategy for the customer segment block was to mainly focus on the needs from the customer. So based on that the product should be humanized it also should bring some feelings. And that is why we will focus on immersive experiences and lifestyle studies.
