What target groups (customer segments) are you aiming for and why? 1) Men and woman between 25-55 years old, who are looking for a piece of technology which will solve their actual problems on a day-to-day basis. The technology can be broadly used and will enable the customer to bring meaning and enable new experiences. 2) 18-25 years Students who are looking for unique experience that was not possible before, that will solve day-to-day problems and bring functionality into daily life. What value do you want to bring to them? To simplify the customers life, making our products functional, innovative with personalized experience. What are important future milestones for your company? 1) Sell in over 50 countries globally 2) Customer satisfaction 3) To reach growth of 50000 users. What are your core team values and why are these important for your company? Inquisitive, solution driven, highly satisfied people with high level emotional intelligence, and great team involvement. They are important to have effective and efficient team work towards a common vision. These values also support intrinsic motivation.

– Explain in more detail what your company is standing for. Welcome to Proces improvement. We are introducing the licensing software to you. Let’s start by explaining who Proces Improvement is. We are a young organization who’s focus lies on the future. Introducing our key values such as Growth, focus, health and knowledge. This goes together with our employee values. The licensing software is focused on three main points. Software structure, cost overview and unity. In the current world, IT has become one of our main pillars. We can’t live without it and are all depending on it. Within companies it is now that the purchasing of software grows fast. -What target groups (customer segments) are you aiming for and why? Our target group is specified in big organizations which use a lot of software. This is because our product can really doe its work and show effect when it is operating in an envoirement of this setting. -What value do you want to bring to them? Our contributed value can be specified in different terms. Such as saving costs, creating software overview and structure and the balance between money and IT. -What are important future milestones for your company? Our milestones lies in the hart of our clients. We want to help them grow. Our first milestone is set on every company in The Netherlands. Later on we would like to extend our services for the use of new technologies. Such as big data, IOT and blockchain. -What are your core team values and why are these important for your company? Integrity. Boldness. Honesty. Fairness. Health. Knowledge. These are the team core values. Every value contributes to an asset within our product and company. Without these specific key values we can’t work together and promote our product as an team.

Our company stands for our customers, we want to make them feel like they are part of something bigger. with our innovations we make our customers feel safe and loved. Finally, we develop relationships that make a positive difference in our customers’ lives. The product is aimed for is millennials, who are highly educated, people who are working in fields like psychology. Our target group is caring a lot for others and value friends almost as high as themselves. They like a watch which gives them added value but is not too difficult to use. It should help them in their day to day life but also allow them to help others. The value that our product gives to our target group is a way to focus also on themselves. Our target group spends a lot of time focusing on others but with the product they will be able to also focus more on themselves. The product will be a way of meeting others as well as there is a lot of community building going on. The product promises an easy to use environment which helps them with their day to day tasks. The most important future milestone of our company is to supply the world with a watch that will change everyone’s lives for the better. The core values of our company are: Teamwork, inclusion, caring for each other’s wellbeing and professional growth. Lastly, we will help each other to stay motivated and in a good working mindset.

We are aiming for the people around 25 till 50 who are working in the business world, because this way they all can connect in an easier way. We offer them a sweatband to track their lifestyle choices and keep in shape. Our target group are people who love their job, but still want to achieve their physical goals. We think it is important to stay healthy and we value the work that our customers do. We want people to be able combine work and sport, by giving them insights in their lifestyle and guiding them in living a healty life. SportsLife want to help 10.000 working people to live their ideal healty lifestyle all around the globe within the end of 2021. Our core values within our team are: 1. As a company we want to educate people about history in a fun and modern way. Because we believe the past is the foundation for the future. We want to offer a modern watch that can track your location and give insight on the events that happened throughout history on a specific location. This way of learning about history makes it fun and realistic. We want to educate as many people about history as possible, the watch will useable for everyone from young kids to the elderly. The watch can tell the customer what major events happened in a country but can also tell the customer what events happened in their local village. The product will give a wide range of knowledge about history in a specific place. As a company we want to start in the Netherlands and eventually expand worldwide to educate as many people as possible. It’s important that our information is accurate and reliably so that people can trust the information. We want also want to make the watch easy to use for everyone, this will require a clear handling system. And finally our customer service is important to make sure people are happy with the product and any issues can be discovered and dealt with quickly.
