Please submit the answers of the assignment here…Did you make any changes to your strategy in this round? If yes, why? we decided to take a risk and invest into only 2 features instead of 5 to increase our market fit. Did you try to attract one or more sources of finance? Why (not)? we acquired Venture capital, to increase the capital. Please evaluate the game experience for yourself and compare it with the learning objectives you had: what did you learn about entrepreneurship and in what way did the game help you in the learning process? learned the business model canvas structure better. we learned specific sections features and consequences. we did not know some of the terminology and learned the meaning of it.

Please integrate the answers to at least the following questions in an integrated story about your company and submit this in the ‘Costs’ block on the ‘take decisions’ page. Did you make any changes to your strategy in this round? If yes, why? Yes we did. seen the current outcome from our last round, we decided to change our approach. We felt back into our old way deciding wat is best for our company. Did you try to attract one or more sources of finance? Why (not)? We tried to attract more sources. We thought that it would be unwise to have only one source of income. Please evaluate the game experience for yourself and compare it with the learning objectives you had: what did you learn about entrepreneurship and in what way did the game help you in the learning process? In words of entrepreneurship we can all say that we have learned a lot. we’ve learned that is it sometimes difficult to come to an agreement. not everybody has the same way thinking. In the game we’ve learned to be prepared. Don’t fully rely on results that have been made in the past because you will never know the outcome 100%.

We went more for “less is more”, eliminating some points on the left side. The credits surplus we used for the right side, focusing on sales and hoping that our product market fit now will be at 100%. Yes, we tried to attract more than one resource to spread the risk. We learned how to cooperate and communicate with each other. After the Q&A session some things have been clearer. In the beginning the game was quite confusing to us, however we made progress on each round with kept us interested. We struggled hard with finding a good product market fit which turned out to be achievable with one single point. This was a bit misleading since we thought that that would not be possible. In the end we enjoyed the game and became a much better team, through doing the game we got to know each other and therefore work much more efficiently.

During this round, we have changed little of our strategy. As a company, we still stand behind our decisions and have changed very little. We did, however, take a good look at the distribution of profit. For profit, we opt for the angel strategy because it fits best with our current scores. The game has helped us to look broader and further into the building blocks of a business model. Earlier on, as a group, we had not thought about all the aspects that you should take into account. The game also taught us more to work together as a group. In a short period of time we had to do a lot of assignments which taught us to work together more effectively.

We didn’t changed anyting, just did it democratic. We got a 50000 euro grant. To us the game doesn’t make a lot of sense. We have tried a lot of different things. But we feel like the segments aren’t really equal in earning points. We would value it if the Strategies also would be valued and we could earn point with it. : )
