Our solution is different because we focus on optimizing the customer experience in such a way that the clients will get get to know every thing about their body and how to keep it healthy, from BPI to blood pressure and blood sugar levels. 2. We changed our strategy in such a way that we now not only focus on the customer on a personal level but also about the reputation of our company and how we could improve our public image to the customer. 3. We will be taking customer interviews to find out more about our target audience and how to satisfy their needs. This is very important to our product because we needs as much information about the person we are making the smart watch for so that we know what and how we should measure their health on a more personal level. 4. our revenue model mostly consists of the smart watch itself and customers paying a subscription to have access to more information about themselves and how they could improve upon their current lifestyle with the help of a personal trainer. 5. First of all we need people to actually develop the smart watch for us and to keep it up to date. We would also need a life style coach that could help the customers on a more personal level to better their lifestyle.

We bring human connection which is necessary for a healthy lifestyle. We combine that with financial benefits, so even if you don’t have so much to spend you can so the things you love. How does that align to the VP and CS? – No we didn’t – just like last time Immersive Experience is very important to us and our customers. Our advantage is that we advertise our product as a more personal product instead of a technological improvement/ product. Plus we advertise on the traditional way. Every institution that cooperates with us has to pay a small fee to be printed in our booklet and we use metered use. It’s easy to use and very personalized and that’s what our clients want/ prefer. We saw that our affordability score was quite low and we also found out new facts about our persona. Based on these data we decided to divide our budget between getting our affordability up and base points on what our persona is frustrated about/values. Yes we are, the skills we need in order to improve are creativity.
It’s an app where users can generate a healthy diet and training schedule. The app really gets into the user perspective to create the best experience possible. We also still receive a lot of reviews of the users, to optimize the features within the app. This app will be available with a subscription the user pays monthly. Our subscription is a premium addition to the free ad-supported service. The costs won’t change and there will be no other in-app purchases apart from that. Once paid for the subscription, the user will get the full experience. We got a 100% Product-Market fit in our first round. So, we thought that we shouldn’t change a thing. Now we realized we must focus on more things and put a higher score on things that are more important. Our company wants to make revenue by selling subscriptions. It’s easy to use, simple and safe. We must listen to the needs of the users of our app. For example, if the diets and training schedules we offer help them they can reflect on this to help us improve the quality of our diets and training schedules. After listening we need the ability to solve the problems of our users. We also need to be able to communicate in a clear and efficient way. We need to share. Thoughts, ideas and information. Our team also needs to take responsibility for the schedules we make, because it contains health.

Our unique value proposition is giving the community an opportunity to collaborate with each other and help each other grow. Whats unique about us is we only have people who are interested or are experienced. We don’t change our strategy or costumer segments, we had 100% product market fit so we will continue doing so. Add supported because our idea is a website that is community supported and therefore we want a lot of costumers and a free add supported website is the way to do it.
