Final objective
Become funding-ready
External investors will compare your venture with the
other teams. Use your final 150 focus points to strengthen
the areas that matter most for performance, traction and
organisational readiness.
How funding works
Investors compare each relevant criterion with the other teams.
A criterion passes when your team ranks in the top 50% for that
criterion; ties at the cut-off also pass. To qualify for a funding
source, you must pass all but one of its criteria.
Final intervention
Close the Gap · Revalidation
Your Product-Market Fit was established earlier in the game.
In this final round, you may invest part of your 150 focus points
in one intensive revalidation sprint.
Each focus point closes 1% of the gap between your current
Product-Market Fit and 100%. For example, investing 50 points
closes half of your remaining gap.
