Welcome to the trial version of the Innovation Management Game
The full game is a facilitated team-based simulation played over 5–7 rounds, usually on location or in a hybrid setting. Teams make strategic decisions about innovation projects, resources, markets, capabilities, and organisational development.
This trial gives you a first impression of the game’s decision-making structure. It consists of three demo levels, ranging from basic to more advanced, with additional choices becoming visible step by step.
Please note that this is not a full simulation. In this trial, only a limited number of results can be calculated. In the full game, outcomes also depend on competing teams, benchmark effects, market interaction, and facilitator-supported game software.
How it works:
1. Learn the dashboard
A short instruction explains the main dashboard elements and how to interpret your decisions.
2. Set up your trial scenario
Start with three short questions to define your innovation context and level of complexity.
3. Explore the demo levels
Play one or more demo levels. Each level adds more strategic choices and complexity.
4. Review your trial results
After completing a level, you will see an first result based on your choices and can adjust your input if needed.
