Innovative Dutch was founded in 2012 by Jan Spruijt. He is the creator of the Innovation Management Game and founder of Innovative Dutch. Jan also teaches as a senior lecturer in innovation management at Avans University, is the co-owner of OpenInnovation.eu and holds several guest lectureships at internationally acclaimed universities. Jan has extensive experience as a director, people leader and interim manager in industry and higher education.

Jan is a frequent speaker on events, a TED-alumnus, passionate blogger and an amateur storm chaser.
