NextGen (rebranded without Fitness) stands for assisting disabled people in their day-to-day activities in real time and using AI integration in the smart-watch and respective social software platform. We aim to be cost efficient and offer 1 a free product that is managed by NGO’s/volunteers and 2 an affordable and accessible product managed by nursing/elderly homes + state subsidies, donations funded  social entrepreneurship • What target groups (customer segments) are you aiming for and why? Elderly people, nursing homes, people with disabilities, hospitals, rehabilitation homes For example, blind people, people who are losing their mental capacity (Alzheimer’s), handicap people, etc. • What value do you want to bring to them? Ease of use, safety, trust, personal and continuous support, free and affordable • What are important future milestones for your company? 1. Explain in more detail what your company is standing for. Our product provides an innovative approach of diagnosing people’s health and providing most accurate recommendations by including specialists and gene analysis. We are also combining these diagnoses and recommendations with our consumer’s personal lifestyle, to offer a tool that makes live more practical, efficient, and healthy. 2. What target groups (customer segments) are you aiming for and why? Our tool fits best to middle aged men and women who are stuck and stressed in their daily live, who don’t find the time to take care of their healthy lifestyle. This product is very useful for people who are interested in facilitating the approach of keeping track of their health and their productivity in their lifestyle. Further on, the tool cannot only be used by the target group, however it can be also applicable for children of the target group, as parents can keep track of their children health and wellbeing. This can be interesting for children who suffer genetic conditions or health issues. Also, women who suffer under hormonal changes can keep track of them and resolve these issues. 3. What value do you want to bring to them? We do not only want to provide our customers with a record of their health progression but also provide them with recommendations and solutions how to optimize their lifestyle, e.g., improve their sleeping schedule, pregnancy planning, diet suggestions, workload suggestions, medicine contraindication, diabetes advice, etc. 4. Assignment 2: What does company stand for? Loyalty Trust Honesty Our Company Stand For: feeling more cohesive with its body. The most beautiful machine in the world is the human body, so the main goal of our company is to make it work at 100% in order to have increased physical and mental capabilities. The fact of creating a symbiosis between the mind and the body could allow great things to the consumer. It would allow consumers to be more alert about their health status at any time, which would be a real advantage for some people suffering from diseases such as diabetes who must perform several tests per day, often disturbing their daily life. Target Groups: 25-65+ Why: As our life has changed lot, people have more activities and less time to do, this leads to unstable routine. Especially for these age groups: 25- 65+ • 25-65: This age has jobs, family to care, have to maintain social life but are very health conscious at the same time. They want something simple, easy to use, flexible, interactive, personalized and they don’t mind a good technological boom. • 65+: Usually have more health problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer..
